By accessing or using the Hydrogen IQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Platform Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

3. Fees

For Problem Owners: Listing opportunities is free of charge.

For Solution Providers: A nominal success fee of 1% (plus applicable VAT) of the total quoted solution value is payable to Hydrogen IQ upon the successful award of a contract procured through the platform.

4. Disclaimers

The platform and its content are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made.
